The Organik Store opened in April 2003 in Adelaide’s premier beachside location of Glenelg. The Organik Store is nestled on the tranquil boulevard that is the ‘Broadway’,
located only two blocks south of Jetty Rd, and with ample parking available.
Philosophy
The Organik Store team is committed to the underlying principle of organics, that true health and vitality can only come from food grown in biologically active soil: consuming organic food free from artificial fertilisers, pesticides and GMO’s contributes to the preservation of our fragile rural environment for future generations.
Certification
The Organik Store is a certified organic retailer and stocks only the finest quality certified organic and biodynamic produce. All produce is clearly labelled with grower certification status and details. When seasonal shortages arise, some chemical-free/lab tested fresh produce may be offered. The Organik Store strictly adheres to its policy of never selling conventional/chemically produced fruit and vegetables. This ensures integrity and peace of mind for customers from soil to store.

Education
The Organik Store has a strong educational focus and conducts regular classes on organic gardening, cooking and nutrition/health. Friendly and knowledgeable staff assist customers with advice and information regarding all aspects of organic living. A qualified naturopath is part of the team.
